Streetbox Real Estate Fund raises 6.1 million

According to Procimmo, the issue was significantly oversubscribed. The funds raised would correspond to 20,455 new fund units. As of December 20, 2018, 429,565 Streetbox Real Estate Fund units are now outstanding with investors.

The subscription period ran from December 6 to 14, with 20 existing fund units entitling the holder to subscribe to one new unit. The capital transaction was completed with the allotment and payment of fund units on December 20, 2018.

With the additional financial resources, new construction projects of boxes are to be realized, Procimmo further informs. The fund invests mainly in modular warehouses and is mainly active in the economically active agglomerations in western Switzerland. (ah)
