Investis places 140 million bond

Investis Holding successfully placed a fixed-rate bond with a volume of CHF 140 million on the market on January 16.

According to Investis, the bond has a coupon of 0.773 percent and a maturity of two years. The new funds will be used to refinance the CHF 140 million bond, which expires on February 14 this year.

Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse and Bank Vontobel acted as joint lead managers/joint bookrunners for the transaction. Admission to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange is being applied for and the bond is scheduled to be paid on February 14, Investis further announces. (ah)
