PropTech1 describes the addition of Dr. Peter Staub as the third step in establishing a permanent presence in Switzerland. The CEO and founder of pom+ organizes, among other things, the Digital Real Estate conference, holds the Digital Real Estate Chair at the Zurich School of Economics (HWZ) and is active as a business angel with a focus on PropTechs.

PropTech1 Ventures claims to be Germany's first venture capital fund specializing in European PropTech startups. The fund was founded by real estate entrepreneur Marius Marschall von Bieberstein (Managing Partner evoreal) and Cooperative Venture Group Managing Partners Nikolas Samios and Anja Rath.
