Realstone establishes investment foundation for pension funds
Realstone Holding establishes Realstone Fondation de Placement, an investment foundation aimed exclusively at pension funds.

According to Realstone, the new investment foundation comprises two investment groups for direct and indirect investment: Realstone Immobilier Résidentiel Suisse (RIRS) and Realstone Immobilier Indirect Suisse (RIIS).
RIRS reportedly invests directly in a Swiss real estate portfolio, 70 percent of which consists of residential property. The target return on investment is around 3.5 percent.
The second investment group RIIS invests indirectly in a portfolio of Swiss real estate securities. The investment universe consists of listed and unlisted real estate funds, listed real estate companies and real estate investment foundations, Realstone says.
The Realstone Fondation de Placement investment foundation is managed by Solvalor Fund Management and is subject to supervision by the Swiss Federal Supervisory Commission for Occupational Pension Plans (OAK BV). The target group is institutions that are domiciled in Switzerland and whose objective is occupational pension provision. (ah)
