Helvetia Investment Foundation raises 110 million from capital increase
Helvetia Investment Foundation raised CHF 110 million in fresh capital during the capital increase for the Swiss Real Estate investment group.

According to Helvetia Investment Foundation, 40 pension funds of Swiss companies subscribed to claims, 100 percent of which were allocated. The fresh capital of CHF 110 million is to be used to further expand the real estate portfolio.
According to the information, the portfolio strategically consists of at least two-thirds residential properties and a maximum of one-third commercial properties in various regions of Switzerland. The valuations are carried out by KPMG, and Privera is responsible for property management.
According to Dunja Schwander, the investment foundation's managing director, around 220 pension funds have so far invested their pension capital in the investment group, which currently manages a total volume of 620 million directly held properties. (ah)
