Investis disposes of subsidiary in Valais
Investis sells its subsidiary Régie du Rhône Crans-Montana based in Lens (VS). The acquirer is Crans Montana Aminona Immobilier.
Régie du Rhône Crans-Montana had belonged to Investis since 2013 and was a 100%ige subsidiary. The company generated sales of CHF 2.2 million last fiscal year with 22 employees, according to an Investis statement. Régie du Rhône Crans-Montana is active in property management in and around Crans-Montana.
The company will be renamed after the closing of the sale, the brand name Régie du Rhône will remain with Investis, the statement continues. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of February 2019; the parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. (ah)
