Heinz Schwyter is the new CEO of PropTech Coozzy

Heinz M. Schwyter (61) had been a member of the Board of Directors of Coozzy AG since 2016. The founder of PropTech Murat Güngör has now also handed over operational management to him. Schwyter had worked for the real estate portal Homegate.ch since 2001 and was its CEO from 2010 to mid-2015. He left the company in 2015 to found a consulting firm that advises real estate companies on digitalization.

Coozzy AG is a PropTech company based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, was founded in 2016 and now employs around 20 people. Last autumn, the real estate platform coozzy.ch was launched, which aims to enable real estate managers to fully integrate their business digitally. People looking for apartments and houses can also search for properties on the platform. The aim is to make coozzy.ch the "leading digital partner for property managers and end customers in the Swiss real estate market" over the next few years, says Schwyter. (ah)
