Mettler Wohnwelten under a new roof
Mettler Wohnwelten AG has changed its company name to Leven Property AG as of mid-December 2018. At the same time, it is now a subsidiary of Bolgen Holding AG.
Peter Mettler, CEO of Mettler2Invest, and Markus Mettler, CFO of Mettler2Invest, have decided after several years of successful commitment in terms of a succession plan to hand over the public limited company Mettler Wohnwelten AG with all ongoing projects completely to Daniel Fässler.
Since the handover, Daniel Fässler has been the owner of Bolgen Holding AG and the owner and managing director of Leven Property AG. Fässler, specialized in construction economics, has many years of experience in the management of construction projects and successfully managed various companies. The total portfolio of over 310 residential units projected and under construction has been fully transferred to Leven Property AG. Since December 14, 2018, Leven Property belongs as a subsidiary to Bolgen Holding AG.
"With this decision, we have found a future-oriented and sustainable solution for all parties involved," says Fässler. All existing business relationships will continue unchanged. Bolgen Holding was also founded in December 2018 to unite various companies in the real estate sector under a common holding umbrella. Furthermore, shares of Zima Projektentwicklung AG, Zima Immobilienprojektentwicklung AG and Fässler Bauökonomie St. Gallen belong to Bolgen Holding. All companies are based in St. Gallen. With the change of name to Leven Property AG, the company, which is active throughout Switzerland, not only appears under a new name, but will also appear on the market with a new appearance in mid-February 2019.
