FPRE: Four new partners

Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung (FPRE) has expanded its group of partners from four to eight. In addition to three internal appointments, there was a new addition from Credit Suisse.

Until now, the management of FPRE consisted of the founder Stefan Fahrländer as well as Dominik Matter, Manuel Lehner and Jaron Schlesinger. In 2019, the company expanded its management team with Martin Bühler, Rainer Marti, and Raphael Schönbächler, and Arno Curschellas joined as an external partner.

Curschellas was with Credit Suisse from 2007 to 2018, where he led real estate appraisals in eastern Switzerland from 2013 to 2018. In addition to appraisals of residential and investment properties, he and his team have also performed appraisals in specialty property categories such as small hydroelectric facilities, industrial and commercial properties, hospitality and hotel properties, residential and nursing homes, conversions of industrial properties, and luxury properties.

Martin Bühler has been working in real estate appraisal and consulting at FPRE since 2012, prior to which he spent around nine years at Wüest Partner as an associate valuation expert. Bühler has also been Managing Director of the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal (SIREA) since March 2017.

Rainer Marti joined FPRE in 2017 and works in real estate valuation and consulting. Prior to that, he worked at Losinger Marazzi in the area of acquisition and development.

Raphael Schönbächler joined FPRE in 2012 and was previously a research associate at the associations VöV - öffentlicher Verkehr and SBS - Seilbahnen Schweiz. (ah)
