By the end of the fund's first full fiscal year on September 30, 2018, the open-ended real estate fund FG Wohninvest Deutschland had acquired a total of 13 residential real estate portfolios with a total volume of 140 million euros. In the meantime, a further nine portfolios have been acquired, bringing the fund's investment volume to 316 million as of the end of January 2019. In total, FG Wohninvest Deutschland is expected to grow to 700 million this year, Fundamenta says.

Since the fund's launch in June 2017, investor funds amounting to 246 million have been acquired and the equity collected has been fully drawn down within a period of three to six months. As almost all the money from the last capital round has already been reinvested, a new capital increase for the fund is being prepared.

The first full fund business year of FG Wohninvest Deutschland was characterized by very dynamic growth, says Christian Paul, CEO of Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG, a subsidiary of Fundamenta Group. All return targets set were clearly exceeded. (ah)
