Wincasa restructures its management division
Philipp Schoch will become the new Head of Property Management at Wincasa on July 1, 2019. He takes over the position from André Töngi, who is moving to Post Immobilien Management und Services AG.

Philipp Schoch has held various positions at Wincasa since 2007. Since 2014, he has headed the Center & Mixed-Use Site Management division and is a member of the Executive Board. In his new role, he will continue to be a member of the real estate service provider's management team. As the designated Head of Facility Management, he succeeds André Töngi, who is taking over as Head of Facility Management at Post Immobilien Management und Services in Berne and will become a member of the Executive Board.
A successor for Schoch as Head of Center & Mixed-Use Site Management and member of the Executive Board is currently being recruited, Wincasa says.
Also as of July 1, Matthias Bigler and Jörg Engeler will take over the management of the newly created departments "Management Operation" and "Management Development & Transformation" within the Management division.
Bigler joined Wincasa in 2007 as Project Manager Facility Management and held various functions within Facility Management and Property Management. In 2012, he became regional head of special mandates and at the same time head of special real estate.
Engeler takes over the position of Head of "Development & Transformation" and deputizes for Philipp Schoch as Head of Management. In his new function, he will be given an advisory seat on the Executive Board. Engeler
has been with Wincasa since 2012. He started as Center Manager Sihlcity, was Head of Center Management German-speaking Switzerland from 2015 to 2018, and has been Head of Solutions & Innovations Center & Mixed-Use Site Management since last year. Thomas Hinderling, currently Head of Mixed-Use Site Management Zurich, will take over as Head of this department. Hinderling will lead this department ad interim until further notice.
In terms of content, the property management division will be divided into an operational division and the "Development and Transformation" division as of July 1, 2019. On the one hand, this is intended to ensure the maintenance of the current business, and on the other hand, it is intended to provide sufficient scope for driving forward the transformation in the property management division as well, Wincasa announced. The current regional and branch structure will be retained in full.
Wincasa is a group company of Swiss Prime Site and manages around 235,000 properties with an asset value of CHF 67 billion with around 860 employees. (ah)
