As Brandenberger+Ruosch announces, Matthias Hugi and Simon Nägeli will assume operational and entrepreneurial responsibility for the company as of January 1, 2021. In doing so, they will also take over all shares of the company.

Matthias Hugi has been working for B+R since 2005, first as a project manager, then as a department manager for client consulting and since 2015 as a department manager for real estate consulting/corporate consulting at the headquarters in Dietlikon (ZH).

Simon Nägeli is returning to B+R on May 1 of this year. He has previously worked for the company and currently holds a senior position in project development at Steiner AG. Until the business takeover, he will work as department manager real estate consulting/corporate consulting in the Bern branch.

Dr. Markus Kellenberger will relinquish his function as Delegate of the Board of Directors at the 2021 Annual General Meeting and will remain available on an ad hoc basis until the end of 2021. He will then also reach the normal retirement age. Lorenz Held will leave the company operationally at the end of 2020. He wants to reorient himself professionally once again.

In addition to the new shareholders, Dr. Thomas Wetzel (Chairman) and Lorenz Held will continue to sit on the Board of Directors from 2021.

Until the end of 2020, B+R will continue to be actively managed by the current shareholders as before, the company's statement said. (ah)
