Fundamenta investment foundation launches first issue

Asset manager Fundamenta announced the establishment of the investment foundation at the end of February this year. The subscription period for the first issue will now run from April 2 to May 31. Subscriptions of up to CHF 200 million will be accepted.

The Swiss Real Estate investment group invests directly in properties with residential and commercial uses in Switzerland. The share of rental income from residential use should be at least 60%, Fundamenta says. Allocations will be made to existing properties with sustainable income prospects and to existing properties with development potential, it added. The portfolio will also include investments in new construction and development projects. (ah)
