TME opens location in Zurich
TME Associates, a consultancy specializing in real estate investment and management, is opening an office in Zurich. It is headed by Dr. Wolfgang Speckhahn.
Dr. Wolfgang Speckhahn is the former Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Patrizia Immobilien AG in Augsburg, where he was responsible in particular for the company's international expansion. Most recently, the lawyer and real estate economist worked for Helvetica Property.
Speckhahn has joined TME as a partner. He heads the new Zurich office and is responsible for the Investment Advisory offering. "By opening the Swiss office, TME is paying tribute to the growing Swiss market," says Speckhahn. In particular, TME wants to support Swiss institutional investors in cross-border projects.
More than 40 employees work at the consultancy's German-speaking offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Zurich. In addition, TME Associates is also represented in the USA and Asia. (ah)
