Swiss Finance & Property Investment renames itself
Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG is changing its name to SF Urban Properties AG. This was decided by the company's Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG on April 10 of this year approved all proposals of the Board of Directors - including the change of the company's name to SF Urban Properties AG.
The new company name is in line with the investment strategy of the vessel and offers a clearer differentiation from the asset manager Swiss Finance & Property AG, SFPI had announced in March when it released its annual report for 2018. Symbol, Valor and ISIN remain unchanged.
At the Annual General Meeting, incumbent Board member Alexander Vögele was re-elected as Chairman of the Board for a further year; the other Board members Carolin Schmüser, Christian Perschak and Dr. Hans-Peter Bauer were also re-elected for a further year. Architect Andreas Hämmerli was elected as a new member of the Board. (ah)
