New head of management at Verit

Michel Hafner (born 1973) will take over the management of the property management division in September of this year and will also join the management of Verit Immobilien AG. Until then, Thomas Walter, CEO of Verit, will lead the property management division ad interim.

Hafner has been working in the real estate industry for a good twenty years, and for the past seven years he has been responsible for managing the portfolio of the Migros pension fund in the position of head of real estate management. Prior to that, he worked for Migros-PK for eight years as a real estate manager and as head of the Basel branch.

Hafner, who has completed the federal courses in real estate marketing and real estate trustee, is continuing his education at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts until early summer 2020 as part of an MAS in real estate management. (ah)
