Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 increases returns
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 increased its return on investment from 5.74% to 6.15% in the 2018 financial year. The return on equity also increased slightly.
Procimmo reports the return on equity of its Swiss Commercial Fund 56 at 5.93% after 5.73% in the previous year.
Procimmo also reports that total income at the end of the financial year (31.12.2018) amounted to around 16.38 million, compared to around 10.24 million in the previous year. Total expenses amounted to 5.60 million (previous year: 3.61 million). Net income therefore increased significantly from 6.63 million to 10.77 million. Rental income also increased from 10.23 million to 15.12 million. The rent loss rate fell from 17.68% to 14.20% within the space of a year.
As at December 31, 2018, the net asset value (NAV) of the fund was reported to be CHF 114.00 per unit (previous year: CHF 112.40). The dividend remains stable at CHF 5.00 per unit. According to Procimmo, the distribution yield amounts to 4.27% (previous year: 4.20%).
Total fund assets amounted to 340.5 million on the reporting date, with net fund assets amounting to 200.5 million.
Procimmo has announced that a capital increase of around 50 million will be carried out in May of this year. This should enable further real estate acquisitions. (ah)
