Hiag CEO Martin Durchschlag resigns
The real estate company Hiag announces that its Chief Executive Officer Martin Durchschlag will leave the company.
Martin Durchschlag is stepping down for personal reasons, Hiag writes in a statement. Durchschlag had been a member of the real estate company's management since 2004, serving as CEO from 2011. This period included, among other things, the IPO of Hiag in 2014. The company recently reported record results for fiscal 2018.
As Hiag further announces, Dr. Felix Grisard, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will take over as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Talks for a successor are "well underway". Durchschlag will still complete individual projects and ensure the handover of his duties. (ah)
