Pensimo equips residential portfolio with Allthings
The Pensimo Group is equipping its residential portfolio of around 15,000 rental properties with a digital app for tenants from PropTech Allthings.

According to the two companies, around 15,000 rental properties managed by Regimo companies across Switzerland will gradually be equipped with a digital tenant app from Allthings by the fall of this year.
In the future, tenants will be able to use the app to communicate with the property management, report concerns or ask questions. A kind of digital bulletin board will connect neighbors and also serve as a channel for the management to reach all tenants. In addition, documents relating to the house and rental property can be accessed digitally via the app.
Managers have the option of processing reported incidents centrally via the platform's cockpit. Furthermore, the application also provides information about what is happening in buildings and, for example, potential for increasing service quality and tenant satisfaction can be made visible, the statement continues.
Pensimo expects the introduction of the app to facilitate communication with tenants and ultimately improve its management services. (ah)
