Procimmo: Polymen fund with 4.54% investment return

Procimmo's Polymen Fonds Immobilier achieved a return on investment of 4.54% and a return on equity of 4.44% in the 2018 financial year.

Both the return on investment and the return on equity of Procimmo's Polymen Fonds Immobilier increased slightly compared with the previous year: the return on investment rose from 4.38% to 4.54% and the return on equity from 4.15% to 4.44%.

At around CHF 22.41 million, total income at the end of the financial year was CHF 2.2% higher than in the previous year. Total expenses, on the other hand, fell by 4% to 14.71 million. Net income increased by 16.6% to 7.7 million. Rental income increased byTP3k 7.41 million to 21.9 million.

As at December 31, 2018, the net asset value (NAV) was CHF 129.55 per unit (previous year: CHF 127.05); a dividend of CHF 3.13 per unit was distributed. The distribution yield was therefore 2.29% (previous year: 2.16%).

The debt ratio of Polymen Fonds Immobilier amounted toTP3k 25.301, compared withTP3k 23.411 in the previous year. The operating profit margin (EBIT) fell slightly from kEUR 62.001 to kEUR 61.971. The rental loss rate increased from 3.34% to 3.74%. The TER REF (GAV) fell to 0.97% (previous year: 1.11%).

Total fund assets amounted to 464.9 million as at the reporting date of December 31, 2018, while net fund assets amounted to 338.1 million. (ah)
