Acron Helvetia I leased in Buchs
The real estate company Acron Helvetia I has signed a seven-year lease for its property in Buchs (ZH).
The new lease agreement will begin on July 1 of this year, the board of directors of Acron Helvetia I announced. It will run for seven years, and the tenant will also have an option to extend the contract by five years.
Upon completion of the lease, approximately 51% of the leasable area of the office and logistics property in Buchs is reportedly leased, generating approximately 55% of the property's target rents.
Acron Helvetia I did not disclose who the new tenant is and the size of the leased space.
The real estate company has held the property in Buchs since December 2007. Since the merger with Südpark Zuchwilerstrasse Immobilien AG in January 2009, it has held the Südpark Solothurn office property as a second investment property. (ah)
