Crowd investment for residential property in western Switzerland
55 investors have acquired a property in western Switzerland via the online crowdfunding platform Foxstone - for a total purchase price of CHF 6.8 million.

According to Foxstone, the 55 investors would have purchased a share in a residential building in Concise (VD) with a minimum amount of CHF 50,000 each.
According to the company, the total amount brokered in co-ownership was CHF 3.25 million with a purchase price of the building of 6.8 million. The difference will be financed through a mortgage, it said. Foxstone puts the return on equity at 6.53%. This is the first such real estate crowdfunding investment of this size, it said.
The building is managed by Régie du Rhône. (ah)
