ASPA: Private placement of 10 million

Acron Swiss Premium Assets (ASPA) has issued a CHF 10 million cash bill together with Vontobel to execute a private placement.

ASPA owns the Portikon office building in Zurich-Opfikon and an office property in Bern-Zollikofen. The main tenants in Opfikon are the two pharmaceutical companies Takeda and Baxter, the building in Zollikofen is one hundred
percent occupied by T-Systems.

Only qualified investors in Switzerland can participate in ASPA. The company was advised by Acron AG in the course of the issuance.

Vontobel acted as lead manager for the transaction and is also mandated as paying agent and security trustee. Fredy R. Flury, Head Risk Management FIRC Vontobel, said that it could be envisaged that similar issues could also be processed via Vontobel's automated online platform Cosmofunding in the future. (ah)
