Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund: Issue in sight

The subscription period is expected to run from May 27 to June 7, 2019, Nova Property Fund Management said. The issue is to be carried out on a "best effort basis" as part of a rights offering to investors in Switzerland. Further details on the transaction - volume, issue price and subscription ratio - are to be announced shortly before the capital increase.

The fund management intends to invest the issue proceeds in the expansion of the real estate portfolio. The Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund is building a portfolio of properties in central locations. The fund is aimed at qualified investors and is traded over-the-counter by Bank J. Safra Sarasin.
