Implenia wins building construction contract in Germany
Implenia has acquired a two-stage construction management contract for a residential quarter in Bad Homburg, Hesse.

The two-stage partnering agreement with Wüstenrot Haus- und Städtebau GmbH, a subsidiary of the insurer Wüstenrot & Württembergische, provides for the planning of the Südcampus residential quarter in the first phase until the building permit is submitted.
In the second stage, Implenia will build the development on a turnkey basis. In Taunus, north of Frankfurt, more than 500 residential units of medium standard, a daycare center, underground parking and outdoor facilities will be built. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2020, according to a company statement. The South Campus is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. Implenia did not provide details on the contract volume. (ah)
