Warteck Invest announces capital increase
The real estate company Warteck Invest wants to raise fresh money for further growth through an issue.

Warteck Invest intends to increase the share capital by issuing up to 49,500 fully paid registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 10 each. Each shareholder is to be allocated one subscription right for each registered share held prior to the start of subscription rights trading. The exercise of four subscription rights will entitle the holder to subscribe for one new registered share. The real estate company intends to announce the details of the transaction - such as the subscription price and timetable - shortly.
The shareholder group family Dr. Christoph M. Müller intends to maintain its proportional shareholding of currently 31.79% in Warteck Invest AG and to participate accordingly in the capital increase, the statement continues.
The net proceeds from the capital increase will be used to finance the planned investments in the project pipeline of around 229 million in the coming years, Warteck Invest announced. In addition, the acquisition of further investment properties is planned. Warteck Invest's portfolio of investment properties has a market value of 782.7 million (as of Dec. 31, 2018), according to the company. (ah)
