New addition to Baloise Immobilien Management
Khoa Trinh is the new Head of Strategic Real Estate Acquisition & Development at Baloise Real Estate Management Ltd.
The fund management company Baloise Immobilien Management manages Baloise real estate worth around CHF 7.1 billion and launched its first product for qualified investors in October 2018 with its own real estate fund. Third-party customer activities in the area of new investment products and portfolio acquisitions are to be expanded, the company says.
To this end, Khoa Trinh (50) has now been brought in as the new Head of Strategic Acquisition & Development Real Estate. He took up his new position on June 1, 2019.
Trinh was Chief Investment Officer of real estate company Stone Estate.Swiss until January this year. Prior to that, he worked for the Swiss Life Group for 16 years: first as Portfolio Manager and Head Acquisition & Development, most recently Trinh was Head Acquisition, Divestment & Construction at Swiss Life Asset Managers for nine years. Trinh studied architecture at ETH Zurich and initially worked at MCR Managing Corporate Real Estate and CBRE. (ah)
