Procimmo 56 increases capital by 50 million
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 raised approximately CHF 50 million as part of its capital increase.
The newly issued shares have been fully subscribed, Procimmo informs. The funds raised correspond to 439,710 new fund shares, after the capital transaction are now just under 2.2 million shares 56 in circulation with investors.
According to the fund management, the additional financial resources will be used to acquire further commercial and industrial properties in western Switzerland on the periphery of major centers or on freeway axes in the coming months. In addition, the fund intends to realize development projects in the real estate portfolio.
As of December 31, 2018, the real estate fund owned 26 properties in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel and Valais. Total fund assets amounted to 340.5 million. (ah)
