New addition to the Fundamenta management team

Hans-Urs Baumann (54) is to drive forward projects at Fundamenta Group and play a central role in expanding the range of services, the company says. CEO Daniel Kuster cites strategic goals such as building a service platform for real estate owners and expanding investment products. Baumann will also be part of the investment committee, which reviews and pre-selects investments for the various mandates.

Baumann is an architect and holder of an MAS in Real Estate (HWZ Zurich) and has been active in the real estate industry for over 35 years. For the last four years, he has been Cantonal Master Builder and Head of the Real Estate Department of the Canton of Lucerne. Prior to that, he worked for Livit AG for around nine years, most recently as head of the Zurich branch and member of the management team. (ah)
