Fundamenta investment foundation raises over 100 million
The Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation has completed its first capital issue. It received CHF 100.57 million in the process.
Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation was established in February, and about 50 pension plans participated in the first offering, according to Fundamenta.
The Swiss Real Estate investment group focuses on direct investments in properties with residential and commercial uses in Switzerland, with a minimum share of rental income from residential use of 60%. In addition to existing properties, the portfolio shall also include investments in new construction and development projects.
With the closing of the capital issue, a first capital call has already been made to investors in connection with an investment, Fundamenta informs. (ah)
