Ninth Real Estate Awards ceremony

The Real Estate Awards were presented in Zurich for the ninth time. The awards recognize projects and innovations as well as individuals who provide important impetus to the Swiss real estate industry.

The Real Estate Awards were presented in five categories: Management, Marketing, Project Development and Conversion/Conversion; in addition, a "Real Estate Personality 2019" was honored.

BMT won in the management category with its digital property manager Woonig. Nominated were Coozzy AG and Sinovis AG.

The marketing category was won by Seitzmeir Immobilien with the Aglaya project of the developer Zug Estates against Privera and Intercity Luzern.

The Real Estate Award in the Project Development category was won by Losinger Marazzi for the construction of the new Limmattal Hospital. Other nominees were ADT Innova for the Three Points high-rise project in Dübendorf-Stettbach and Itten + Brechbühl for the new Lidl headquarters in Weinfelden.

Swiss Life Asset Management won the conversion/conversion category with its conversion of The One office property on Seefeldstrasse in Zurich. Nominees were Mobimo's Flon-Quartier and Oos AG's Claudia Haus of Sounds music store in Winterthur-Töss.

Prof. Dr. Donato Scognamiglio from IAZI AG was honored as "Real Estate Personality 2019". He was directly elected by the jury, which consisted of André R. Spathelf, Dr. Riccardo Boscardin, Daniel Löhr and Stephan Lüthi.

In the other categories, the nominees were determined in advance by the jury. The winners were determined via an online vote in which only employees of real estate companies could participate. Immoinfo24 Invest AG, which presents the award, reports that 2,972 votes were cast. (ah)
