Procimmo Swiss Commercial raises 75 million

The issue was oversubscribed, says Procimmo. With the fresh capital, the fund intends to realize development projects - commercial and industrial properties - more quickly. As of December 31, 2018, Procimmo Swiss Commercial held 67 properties in its portfolio; they are mainly located in Western Switzerland.

As part of the capital increase, a total of 536,521 new fund units were issued, with nine existing units entitling the holder to subscribe to one new unit. As of June 27, 2019, a total of approximately 5.4 million Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund units are now in circulation with investors. (ah)
