Mobimo: Christoph Egli joins the Executive Board
Christoph Egli joins Mobimo's Executive Board as Head of Property Management. CEO Daniel Ducrey will head the Portfolio and Transactions division in future.

According to Mobimo, the background to the reorganization is the departure of Head of Real Estate Thomas Stauber. It was announced in February that Stauber would be leaving Mobimo at the end of July this year.
Christoph Egli (born 1973) will join the Executive Board as Head of Property Management on August 1. The division is responsible for the management of the portfolio and site management in German-speaking Switzerland as well as the services of the facility management company Mobimo FM Service. Egli is a federally certified real estate trustee and has worked for Mobimo since 2007. He has been Head of Property Management for German-speaking Switzerland since 2010.
CEO Daniel Ducrey will directly manage the Portfolio and Transactions division. According to Mobimo, the aim of the new organization is to strengthen the operational activities relating to the portfolio, which is now worth CHF 3 billion, and to further expand the real estate portfolio.
As of 1 August 2019, the management of the real estate company will therefore consist of CEO Daniel Ducrey, CFO Manuel Itten, Christoph Egli as Head of Property Management, Vinzenz Manser as Head of Realization as well as Marc Pointet, Head of Suisse romande, and Marco Tondel, Head of Development.
