Investis sells Régie du Rhône and buys in Geneva
Investis sold its subsidiary Régie du Rhône and in return acquired a residential portfolio in Geneva.

The real estate service provider Régie du Rhône, based in Lancy, is acquired by Immoparticipation SA of Fribourg.
According to Investis, Régie du Rhône generated sales of around CHF 20 million in fiscal 2018 and employs 155 people. With the sale, the company is focusing its property management activities on the national brand Privera, with which it intends to grow more strongly, says Investis CEO Stéphane Bonvin. The amount of the sales price was not disclosed.
