Hiag concentrates on the real estate business again
Hiag ends the development of its own multicloud platform and focuses on its core business of real estate development, the company announces. The subsidiary Hiag Data will be restructured.

In June, Hiag had already announced that the planned partnership with SIX Swiss Exchange for the development and distribution of a cloud solution for the Swiss financial market would not materialize. Discussions in recent days have revealed that opening up the project to additional partners cannot be realized within the time frame set by the Board of Directors, Hiag now announces.
Due to the realignment of Hiag Data, the earnings expectation for the 2019 financial year is revised. Hiag will publish its half-year results on September 2.
As of January 2020, Marco Feusi, Chairman of the Executive Board at Wüest Partner, will take over the position of CEO at the site developer. His predecessor Martin Durchschlag had left the company in spring for personal reasons. (ah)
