Swisscanto Investment Foundation sells Robusta portfolio
The Swisscanto Investment Foundation has sold the commercial real estate portfolio Robusta. It includes three properties in the municipalities of Reinach (BL), Steinhausen (ZG) and Volketswil (ZH).
The three properties sold at the end of June 2019 are the commercial properties Christoph-Merian-Ring 29-31 in Reinach, Chriesbaumstrasse 2 in Volketswil and Chollerstrasse 21-23 in Steinhausen. The total rental area is around 38,500 sqm. The Swisscanto Investment Foundation states the target rental income at around CHF 6 million.
JLL Switzerland accompanied the asset deal as transaction advisor exclusively on behalf of the seller. The JLL project team consisted of Gregor Strocka, Tamara Schuster and Lukas Müller.
Swisscanto Investment Foundation did not provide any information on the buyer. Furthermore, the parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. (mr)
