Martin Bernhard moves from JLL to Swisscanto

Martin Bernhard will join Swisscanto Invest, a subsidiary of Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), as Manager Investor Relations Real Estate. The 40-year-old will be responsible for research, analyzing investor needs, implementing sales activities, ensuring communication and looking after shareholders and stakeholders as part of the direct real estate investment team, according to ZKB. He will report to Andreas Meier, head of real estate portfolio management at Swisscanto Invest.

Bernhard initially worked for more than six years at Credit Suisse in Private Banking as an analyst for global real estate investments. In 2014, he moved to JLL, where he was responsible for research as well as public relations and marketing. (ah)
