Wincasa: Center & Mixed-Use Site Management under new management

Felix Kubat takes over Center & Mixed-Use Site Management from Philipp Schochwho has been in charge of Wincasa's management division since July 1.

Kubat was most recently Head of Shopping Center Management and a member of the Executive Board at Migros Genossenschaft Aare in Schönbühl. Prior to that, he was Head of Coop City and a member of the management team at Coop Genossenschaft in Dietikon. He also acted as Merchandise Director and member of the management at Manor in Basel and held various positions at the Federation of Migros Cooperatives in Zurich, including Managing Director Migros Hong Kong and Head of SportXX.

Kubat holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester and a Master of Science in Marketing (MSc) from the National University of Ireland. (ah)
