Acron places US project

The Belterra Village Residential project development includes 233 rental apartments. It is located in southwest Austin and will become part of a new development called Belterra Village. In addition to the multifamily apartments, the site, when built out, will include 83 single-family homes, a Hampton Inn hotel, senior housing and approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

After the project has been placed with investors, construction of the apartment complex is scheduled to begin before the end of September. Greystar will act as property manager. The company manages more than 495,000 apartments worldwide, according to Acron. (ah)
