Activist investor for Implenia
A group of shareholders has formed at the construction and services group Implenia: Veraison Capital and Parmino Holding are joining forces.

Veraison Capital and Parmino Holding, which is backed by investor Max Rössler, disclosed the group formation via a shareholders' agreement on Sept. 12, 2019, after the stock market closed, according to an Implenia statement.
Parmino Holding held 16.5% in the share capital at the beginning of August, now the group jointly holds 17.34% of voting rights, according to the construction company. The group itself claims to hold 18.1% in the share capital.
The Implenia press release goes on to say that no further information or background is available at the moment. The company is open to a constructive dialog
Meanwhile, Veraison Capital said it was the shareholder group's goal to help Implenia "get back on the road to success while securing and building the value of the company."
According to media reports, Veraison is considered an activist investor and has taken stakes in various Swiss companies in recent years, for example in Calida, Orell Füssli and the mail-order pharmacy Zur Rose.
