Haelok rents logistics hall in Weil am Rhein
Haelok, an industrial company based in Zurich, has leased a 1,200 sqm logistics space in Germany. The property is located in Weil am Rhein near Basel.
The warehouse, which Haelok has leased, is part of an existing property of just under 6,000 sqm. The landlord is an internationally active logistics company, Logivest brokered the location.
Haelok produces purely metallic compression jointing systems for industry, power engineering, district heating, and technical oils and gases. In the new warehouse, the company intends to carry out the handling of its products as well as the service of the pressing equipment.
The site is directly connected to the German A5 highway and is close to the French and Swiss borders. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car via the A5, and the EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg is just under 15 minutes away. (ah)
