Investis: Reorganization in the Group Management
Investis is reorganizing the management of the Real Estate Services division. Walter Eberle will assume responsibility at Group Management level in the coming year.
Walter Eberle will take over responsibility for the Real Estate Services segment within the Group Executive Board on January 1, 2020 and will also step down as CEO of Hauswartprofis, Investis announced.
According to a statement from Investis, he will be succeeded as CEO of Hauswartprofis by Michèle Goepfert, who has been responsible for the Bern region at ISS Facility Services since December 2016.
Dieter Sommer will leave the Group Executive Board and concentrate on the management of Privera again, according to the statement. Both Goepfert and Sommer will report to Eberle. He will also manage the other companies in Facility Services.
"With this new structure, we are responding Sale of Régie du Rhône and ensure succession planning in the Facility Services division," says Stéphane Bonvin, CEO of the Investis Group.
