Patrimonium fund raises 70 million

Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund raised new money of almost CHF 70 million in its latest capital increase.

With a subscription ratio of 19:2, 512,814 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 136.74 each, Patrimonium reports. This corresponds to a subscription rate of 100%; the fund will thus receive new money in the amount of the maximum amount of approximately 68.75 million.

The fund intends to use the money to repay debt financing and to finance ongoing projects and the further expansion of the portfolio.

The new units will be paid on September 27, 2019, and in the future there will be around 5.39 million fund units in circulation.

The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund invests in residential and mixed-use properties. The focus is on residential properties in the lower and medium rental price segment in the Lake Geneva region and on the axis of Fribourg, Bern, Basel and Zug. (ah)
