The capital increase carried out from September 9 to 20, 2019 for the real estate fund HSC met with such great interest among investors that it was oversubscribed several times, the fund management announces. In addition to existing investors, new investors were also served. The proceeds from the issue are to be invested in the expansion of the portfolio and the acquisition of further real estate assets in Switzerland.

With a subscription ratio of 4:1, 868,570 units at CHF 114 per unit were subscribed within the subscription period. This means that in future there will be a total of around 4.34 million fund units in circulation, which will now be traded over the counter by Bank J. Safra Sarasin.

Meanwhile, the listing of the HSC fund on the SIX Swiss Exchange is getting closer - it is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year. Upon listing, the fund will also be included in the SXI Real Estate Broad and the SXI Real Estate Funds Broad. (ah)
