Award for Egyptian Orascom Society
Orascom Development Egypt (ODE) is the only Egyptian company to be named "Most Honored Company" by Institutional Investor.
ODE achieved three top rankings in the Institutional Investor 2019 Emerging EMEA Executive Team Ranking - the only Egyptian company out of 369 firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
ODE's management and investor relations achieved top rankings in the real estate sector, with Khaled Bichara placing 1st in the "Best CEO" category, Ashraf Nessim placing 3rd in the "Best CFO" category, and Sara El Gawahergy placing 3rd in the "Best IR Professional" category.
Institutional Investor's survey is considered an independent performance assessment of the quality and effectiveness of corporate communications and public relations. It is based on feedback from market participants in the global investment community. According to ODE, more than 12,000 votes were cast this year, with a total of more than 990 executives nominated from 396 companies and more than 20 industries. (ah)
