CBRE expands retail team
CBRE Switzerland has strengthened its retail team with Angela Pijuan as of October 1. This brings the total number of consultants in the team to eight.
Angela Pijuan joined CBRE in Zurich on October 1. She joins from Immoveris, where she was responsible for marketing and leasing retail space and projects on behalf of institutional real estate investors. Prior to that, Pijuan worked for shopping center operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for about seven years, where she worked in various European countries. She holds a master's degree from ESADE Business & Law School and additional degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Patricia Kunz, who joined CBRE last year, is now responsible for project management in the leasing of inner-city retail space and focuses on marketing large-scale retail properties throughout Switzerland for institutional investors. Previously, Kunz worked for Migros and the Loeb department store.
CBRE's eight-person retail team specializes in marketing consulting, leasing and rental of retail, restaurant and leisure space. (ah)
