Fresh capital for SFP AST Swiss Real Estate
The SFP AST Swiss Real Estate investment group of SFP Investment Foundation raised CHF 54.6 million in fresh capital as of the end of September.
The target volume of the issue in the amount of CHF 50 million has thus been exceeded, says SFP Investment Foundation . The money is to be used to acquire five linked properties with a total value of 49.6 million.
Currently, around 40 Swiss pension funds have invested 111 million in the SFP AST Swiss Real Estate investment group.
The open-ended investment foundation was established in May 2017 by Swiss Finance & Property. The focus of the investment group SFP AST Swiss Real Estate, launched in December 2018, is on direct investments in core/core+ real estate in Switzerland. (ah)
