Liegenschafter AG takes over Hammer Retex
Hammer Retex from Cham will be integrated into Die Liegenschafter Holding, based in Brüttisellen (ZH), in January 2020.
Liegenschafter Holding has announced that it will acquire 100% of the shares in Hammer Retex AG and integrate the company into the holding company. The previous owner of the company, Philippe Welti, will join the Board of Directors.
The real estate service provider Hammer Retex AG reportedly manages several hundred mandates from private and institutional investors.
For Die Liegenschafter Group, the merger means an expansion of its field of activity into Central Switzerland. In addition to its headquarters in Brüttisellen, Die Liegenschafter has branches in Basel and in the canton of Aargau in Baden-Dättwil and Oberlunkhofen. Cham (ZG) and Steinen (SZ) are new additions.
