New management structure at Walde & Partner

The new management team includes the long-standing branch managers Mattia Bonasso (Baden), Stefan Felber (Lucerne and Sursee), Sandra Iten (Thalwil), Lisa Rüscher (Zollikon), Nicolas Schnetzer (Uster) and the Head of New Construction Leslie Schibler, the Head of Investment Properties Thomas Moser and the designated COO Jann Felber. Co-owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors Gerhard E. Walde supports the team as a delegate to the Board of Directors.

As COO, Jann Felber will take over the management of central services such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, IT and Innovation & Business Development as of January 1, 2020. The 39-year-old previously worked at LafargeHolcim for eleven years. According to Walde & Partner, he has extensive experience in the development of online strategies.

According to Walde & Partner, the new management structure will enable the "even more consistent alignment of services" to the needs of clients. This is because the company will then be managed by people who have their finger directly on the pulse of the market.

By introducing the position of COO, the Innovation & Business Development division is being strengthened. By also expanding the "New Construction" division into an independent competence center, the company is responding to the increasingly important area of real estate development.

Walde & Partner Immobilien AG was founded in 1985. It specializes in the sale and rental of residential and investment properties in the canton of Zurich, Aargau and central Switzerland. More than 60 employees work at the seven locations in Baden, Lucerne, Sursee, Thalwil, Uster, Zollikon and Zurich. (ah)
