The doubling of the dividend is to apply to fiscal 2019 and subsequent years as well, Realstone informs. The fund's net income reportedly increased by 44.7% in the first half of the year, and operating results would also show a significant year-on-year increase. In addition, "a considerable profit" was recently realized on the sale of a property, the fund's management added.
It is further reported that in the Arsenaux development in the center of Fribourg, 94% of the 234 rental apartments there will be occupied by March 31, 2020. Construction work has also begun on the complex in Horgen Oberdorf A & C (ZH). Here, 211 apartments are being built; a first handover is expected in early 2021. In order to generate the necessary funds to finance the project itself, a property in Tour-de-Peilz had been sold. (ah)
